Kata Sochin : Learning Karate At Home (1.2.20)

Sochin

      Sochin means feeling / state of calm in the middle of the people (and the name is taken from a prime position in this kata). kata Sochin is kata Shorei, modified by Yoshitaka Funakoshi (son of Gichin Funakoshi).

      Important thing :

      Slow, full of energy and attitude movement sochin (also called Fudo-Dachi stance). Having 40 movement.
