Karate

      Karate is a martial art developed on the Ryukyu Islands in what is now Okinawa, Japan. It developed from the indigenous martial arts of Ryukyu Islands under the influence of Chinese martial arts.Karate is now predominantly a striking art using punching, kicking, knee strikes, elbow strikes and open hand techniques such as knife-hands, spear-hands, and palm-heel strikes. Historically and in some modern styles grappling, throws, joint locks, restraints, and vital point strikes are also taught.

      Karate have 4 major style :

1. Shotokan (Major Style in the world)

2. Goju-Ryu

3. Shito-Ryu

4. Wado-Ryu

      Select one of those who want to learning at home. I suggest you choose Shotokan style Because Shotokan style is the style most widely in use in the world

      If you've finished studying all or part or bored or want to exercise more detail. you should join a karate club in your town. This blog aims to teach only the core of each practice session karate. And if you want to earn money not only know the movement alone you can take the exam rise belt in karate club where you look and volunteered to join the belt promotion test.

      After you are finished passing the exam you will be given a certificate of compliance levels and your style. The certificate you can use to add value if it wants to join a college or school sports. Raise the level of your belt until black belt. because in Indonesia if you've got a black belt ranks you can set up their own club and start looking for teaching students and in turn to money paid or volunteered to school or university in your town and became a teacher there. in Indoneia belt promotion test is held once every 6 months depending on the region and its flow each.

      Tips if you do not want to pay too much when entering the karate club you can join the exercise only during the last month. But on condition that you have to ask first test materials to be tested or look on the internet because each country is different in the test and must have studied the movement in their own homes and only stayed perfected in the last month.

      If you do not learn at home should never missed training in the last month and proposed raising the belt for you will not be able to pass and just got embarrassed

IMPORTANT TO FIND KARATE CLUB THAT YOU MUST HAVE THE SAME STYLE SEARCH. BECAUSE IF YOU SELECT CLUB KARATE WITH DIFFRENT STYLE YOU MUST LEARN FROM BEGINNING BECAUSE IT'S DIFFRENT MOVEMENTS
