Meikyo

      Meikyo means mirror clean mirrors (re-mastered the technique of Karate with exercise was repeated to obtain a clear understanding of the technique and character of Karate). kata Shorei has techniques in Kata Heian with more soft and quiet. The original name of this kata is Rohai. This kata is a favorite kata Sensei Masatoshi Nakayama. According to the original story, this kata is taken from a dance to ask God bring god of the sun (Amaterasu) from the cave where he was hiding.
